Invest in Long-Term Comfort with an HVAC Maintenance Plan
With heating and cooling costs making up a big part of your home’s monthly utility bills, improving energy efficiency is a key goal of every budget-conscious homeowner. And as your local HVAC company in Denver, it’s our job to ensure your HVAC system is as efficient as possible. Our first recommendation will always be routine preventive HVAC maintenance.
Annual tune‑ups help keep your HVAC system in great shape and running efficient. These appointments offer other benefits too, like lowering your risk of future problems. But if you want the most benefits possible, we suggest an HVAC maintenance plan. These handy service agreements are packed with extra perks to help homeowners get more from their heating and cooling. Lakeside Heating & Air Conditioning is proud to offer our Residential Energy Savings Agreement, an HVAC maintenance plan designed around you.

What Is Included in Lakeside’s Residential Energy Savings Agreement?
Our Residential Energy Savings Agreement consists of a precision tune-up and comprehensive cleaning for your HVAC system, either annually or semiannually. Your Lakeside maintenance technician will carefully review major components and common problem areas. Any damage or other concerning signs can be resolved right then and there!
Specific tasks may depend on the system being serviced. For example, AC maintenance includes checking the refrigerant levels and searching for leaks if they’ve dropped.
Between semiannual AC and furnace maintenance, your maintenance technician will:
- Clean and adjust the furnace burner assembly
- Look for drafts or clogs in the flue ventilation, and measure airflow
- Check your air conditioner’s refrigerant pressure
- Test all system starting capabilities
- Test all system safety controls
- Clean or replace your HVAC system’s air filters
- Tighten or secure all electrical connections
- And more!
What Else Is Included in Your Maintenance Plan?
While the main goal of an HVAC maintenance plan is to protect the efficiency of your HVAC system, everyone at Lakeside prefers to go above and beyond. We’ve included many other perks for homeowners who sign up for our Residential Energy Savings Agreement.
1
Exclusive Discounts on Repairs
While we do our absolute best to turn routine maintenance into minimal risk of repairs, there may still come a time you need repairs. Homeowners enrolled in our HVAC maintenance plan also receive special discounts for these repairs.
2
Priority service with no overtime charges
As we all know, HVAC malfunctions don’t wait until it’s convenient to appear. As part of our service agreement, you’ll receive priority service whenever possible, with no overtime charges on nights and weekends.
3
Transfer Your Agreement to New Equipment
A strong layer of protection shouldn’t be restricted to one single HVAC system. When you’re ready to upgrade your heating or cooling, we can help you transfer the agreement’s terms and conditions.
Are There Other Benefits to HVAC Maintenance Plans? Why Should I Sign Up?
Lakeside is more than happy to include these other benefits as part of our maintenance plan, but even if you aren’t enrolled, there are still plenty of other reasons to keep up with routine maintenance. Consistent upkeep can improve every aspect of your HVAC system, helping to:
- Keep your monthly utility bills down – You’d be surprised how much more efficiently your HVAC can run when you stay on top of maintenance. This translates into serious savings on your energy bill.
- Extend your equipment’s potential life span – It’s impossible to make your furnace or AC last forever, but regular maintenance may help it last a few more years.
- Reduce the risk and cost of repairs – When everything is in the best shape, naturally the risk of problems goes down. And if they do show up, they can often be resolved more quickly and affordably
- Improve your home’s indoor air quality – Routine maintenance does more than just improve efficiency. A more efficient HVAC system is a cleaner HVAC system, which means higher indoor air quality.
